POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing a WOW experience to business customers who engage the Bank regarding system challenges, product questions, or general inquiries. This position requires being able to work in a customer centric, collaborative environment which balances support and operations to ensure the best experience possible for internal and external customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Demonstrates service excellence in external and internal customer support by telephone, email, secure messaging, and in person
  • Professional oral and written communication skills and follow-up when corresponding with employees and customers
  • Timely responses and resolution of customer issues and requests originated by phone, secure email, and public website email communications
  • Provides support to both external and internal customers for ACH origination, ACH and Check Positive Pay, Business Bill Pay, Business Mobile Deposit, Business Online and Mobile Banking, LockBox, Merchant Remote Deposit Capture, and Online Statements
  • Completes activities related to cash management services (Business Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Positive Pay, Wires, Image Lockbox, Sweeps, Account Analysis) which includes, but is not limited to setting up new businesses, monitoring account activity, creating and reviewing reports, performing regular account reviews and client assessments, scheduling courier pickups, and evaluating additional cash management needs for existing customers and presenting solutions
  • Ability to identify weaknesses in current Bank processes to improve operational efficiency and the customer experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Prior experience in retail banking and/or business cash management services
  • Knowledge of all regulations
  • Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies, procedures and related programs

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products, have 45+ WPM typing speed, and 10-key experience.
