Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in Banking, Wealth Management, and Digital Assets/Cryptocurrency ecosystems to lead strategic technology initiatives across financial products and platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, drive end-to-end program execution, and help shape the future of wealth and banking solutions leveraging blockchain and digital asset technologies.
  • This role requires strong domain knowledge in financial services, experience managing large-scale technology programs, and an understanding of crypto custody, tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, digital asset trading, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead complex cross-functional programs from ideation through execution and production rollout.
  • Define program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
  • Manage multiple workstreams across engineering, architecture, product, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive Agile delivery practices and establish governance frameworks for program execution.

Banking & Wealth Management Solutions

  • Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions across:
    • Wealth Management platforms
    • Private Banking
    • Investment Advisory
    • Portfolio Management
    • Trading & Brokerage
    • Asset Servicing
    • Client Onboarding and KYC
  • Drive modernization of legacy banking and wealth management systems.

Digital Assets & Crypto Initiatives

  • Lead delivery of crypto-related products and services including:
    • Crypto custody solutions
    • Digital wallets
    • Tokenized assets
    • Stablecoins
    • Blockchain-based settlements
    • Crypto trading and execution platforms
    • Staking and digital asset servicing
  • Collaborate with security, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence in digital asset programs.
  • Assess emerging blockchain technologies and identify opportunities for business adoption.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business teams, product organizations, and engineering.
  • Present program status, risks, budget updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Influence decision-making and align stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Risk, Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure programs align with regulatory requirements across banking and digital assets.
  • Drive implementation of controls related to:
    • AML/KYC
    • Data Privacy
    • Information Security
    • Operational Risk
    • Digital Asset Governance
  • Partner with compliance and risk teams during audits and regulatory reviews.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Technology Program Management, Product Delivery, or Technology Consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience within Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Wealth Management platforms
    • Investment products
    • Securities lifecycle
    • Portfolio management processes
    • Banking operations
  • Experience working with distributed teams and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital Assets, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, or Web3 initiatives.
