Ready to make your mark in the world of investments? Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 9-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2027 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of investments, learn from industry pros, and build connections that will last a lifetime.
In this internship, you'll get hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it's really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You'll work side-by-side with talented teams to learn about the business.

What you will do
This internship is specifically for the broadly syndicated bank loan team within Invesco Senior Secured Management. ISSM is a $46 billion private credit platform and a subsidiary of Invesco Ltd., an independent asset manager with $1.5 trillion in assets and more than 7,000 employees worldwide.
• Work with the team to build knowledge of the leveraged finance, CLO and high yield bond markets. Learn to analyze investment opportunities and make investment decisions within those sectors
• Develop credit analysis and financial modeling skills, to assist in the preparation of credit proposals inclusive of company and industry analysis, capital structure analysis, cash flow projections, and evaluation of credit worthiness
• Assist in the on-going monitoring and review of existing transactions including historical financial analysis, cash flow modeling and projections, industry analysis and assessments of internal and external ratings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned tasks and initiatives
• Attend team meetings, complete assigned projects within established timelines, and present findings to management
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Seek feedback and guidance from mentors and team members to support learning and growth
• Support the team in researching industry trends, financial statements, and market data
• Participate in training sessions and networking opportunities to further develop your technical and professional skills

Minimum Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2027
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• All majors are welcomed with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Stats, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business-related field
• A demonstrated interest in investments
• Must be able to work in Invesco's New York office
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
• Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended.

• Experience with creative problem solving and analytical thinking
