Become a Leeway Field Inspector
Who we are: Leeway Inspections specializes in providing lenders with reliable construction work-in-progress inspections nationwide.
What we do: Leeway Inspections provides progress inspections for Lenders nationwide. We have over 900 inspectors, as independent contractors, who go out with their cell phones and take pictures of properties being built. They then upload the pictures to us, we implement them into a report that we send to the bank so that the bank can see what work the contractor has completed and pay them accordingly.
Who are we looking for in a Field Inspector: Leeway Inspections is looking for field inspectors with reliable transportation, access to a phone and internet, who is willing to drive within 20-30minutes to take pictures of a given property within 2 business days of receiving a request. No filling out reports or naming/numbering the pictures. Just take pictures and upload the pictures directly to us.
What you can expect from us as a Field Inspector: Partnering with you as our independent contractor, we will provide clear communication to set you up for success for all projects pending in your area. More specifically, after we receive requests from the lender in your area we will communicate all the information needed for you to easily complete the project within our 2 business day turn around.
