Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced and highly technical, Technical Product Manager 2 to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of emerging Digital Asset, Tokenization, Stablecoin, and Payment capabilities. This role will serve as a key liaison between Engineering, Architecture, Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Executive stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that support the evolution of financial services infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technology capabilities by converting complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions that deliver tangible business results.

Responsibilities

  • Align product objectives with enterprise business goals, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.

  • Engage with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features; ensure delivery of marketable capabilities for all U.S. Bank engineering teams while collaborating with agile teams.

  • Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to drive end-to-end product delivery.

  • Develop, analyze, monitor, and report on performance metrics from internal and external sources to identify key trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Maintain ownership of product backlogs, epics, user stories, and prioritization decisions.

  • Ensure technical solutions meet business, operational, security, and performance objectives.

  • Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Treasury, and Executive Leadership.

  • Influence stakeholders across multiple business lines without direct authority.

  • Drive alignment on priorities, risks, dependencies, and strategic outcomes.

  • Define and track product KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, and operational performance measures.

  • Drive measurable business outcomes through data-informed decision making.

Basic Qualifications

  • Technical Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leveraging KPIs, analytics, customer insights, and OKRs to drive business outcomes.

  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders without direct reporting authority.

  • Strong grasp for KYC, AML, Compliance expectations

  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements engineering: eliciting, structuring and documenting business and functional requirements via BRDs, user stories, use cases and process flows

  • Competence in Agile tooling (Jira, confluence, Figma etc )

  • Strong product and business analysis capabilities, and demonstrated knowledge of blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization platforms, digital custody, and payments and industry trends and practices in digital assets.

  • Knowledge of Banking, Payments, Treasury Services, Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, or Digital Asset platforms.

  • Understanding of financial regulatory requirements and risk management practices related to emerging technologies.

  • Ability to thrive in high pressure environment, evolving regulation and changing priorities, disciplined about documentation, governance and auditability

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
