Key Responsibilities
The Private Banker is responsible for delivering a high-touch and superior service experience to a portfolio of affluent clientele who have a minimum of $4MM in liquid/investable assets. As the main point of contact for the client, the Banker's primary responsibility is to adopt a proactive and disciplined approach to expanding and retaining existing relationships and acquiring new clients.
The Banker facilitates efficient and accurate interactions between the client and investing business partners. The Banker also partners with the Investment Advisor to capture a greater share of client wallet, working the exact same book of business together.
  • Cultivate, manage and retain HNW client relationships, expanding Assets Under Management (AUM) by acquiring new clients and deepening existing ones.
  • Work in partnership with the product specialist teams across investments, credit, and asset management to provide tailored solutions to our clients.
  • Provide real-time investment insights and flawlessly execute client portfolio decisions utilizing a deep knowledge of wealth management products.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies, maximize cross-business synergies, and ensure regulatory alignment.

What You Bring:
Successful candidates will bring direct experience as a banker / business development role acquiring and developing high net worth clients in Brazil. Additionally, this individual is passionate about building long term and multigenerational relationships, and thrives working in a team environment to achieve the common goals.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of building and managing a book of clients covering Brazil.
  • Consistently meeting Asset Under Management (AUM) and net new money targets.
  • Deep knowledge of investments, wealth planning, credit and risk management
  • Expert in Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
