  • Manage IT help desk operations to ensure timely and effective support and resolution.
  • Resolve network, system, and technology issues as needed.

  • Maintain required records and prepare reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Promote FNB products and services, encouraging referrals to investment, insurance, tax, and accounting services.
  • Represent FNB at civic and community events to enhance the Bank's image and support business development.

Qualifications
  • Five to ten plus years of progressively responsible IT experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices, IT risk management, and regulatory compliance; banking or financial services experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership, management, coaching, and team-development skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and complex, multi-priority projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Innovative and service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer experience, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, internet-based platforms, and related technologies.
