Job description

Citizens Bank & Trust is seeking an experienced Trust Administration Officer (Trust & Wealth Advisor).

The primary responsibility for this role is to oversee the administrative management of
assigned accounts, with particular attention to those in which the bank serves in a fiduciary
capacity. This position could also offer opportunities for cultivating and developing new
trust and investment management relationships, with a primary focus on the affluent and
high-net-worth market segment, dependent on how the book of business is allocated
between multiple trust officers.


The individual may provide leadership and supervision to one or more Trust and Wealth
Associates, guiding daily activities and ensuring operational effectiveness. In addition, close
collaboration with Portfolio Managers and the Compliance Manager is required to ensure all
client accounts are administered in accordance with regulatory requirements and the
bank's standards of excellence.
