A leading middle-market investment bank is seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join its growing team. The analyst will play a critical role across live transactions, M&A advisory, financial modeling, due diligence, and client presentations.

This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and want hands-on exposure to deal execution and strategic financial advisory.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution)

  • Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and valuation analyses

  • Support live M&A, capital raising, and restructuring engagements

  • Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, and client-facing presentations

  • Assist in due diligence, data room management, and deal execution

  • Work with senior bankers to support client strategy and transaction workflows


What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field

  • Strong financial modeling & valuation skills

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and self-motivated
