Job description

The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Loan Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for assisting credit managers in their day-to-day activities as well as preparing contract documentation and ensuring timely funding.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter in credit applications and equipment information into the platform
  • Organize and maintain TLG Financial files and documentation
  • Maintain positive relationships with assigned locations, credit managers, sales staff, and customers
  • Responsible for running credit bureau checks with proper customer authorization
  • Prepare and organize loan contract documents.
  • Review completed contract documentation received from sales coordinators for accuracy
  • Coordinate with sales coordinators and lenders to ensure a smooth funding process on finance deals
  • Help to ensure timely funding of loan contracts
  • Perfection of lien filings and insurance tracking
  • Complete deposits as needed
  • Initiate wire and book transfers
  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • College degree in finance or other related business degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in related fields such as banking, accounting, motor vehicle registration, insurance tracking and collection calls is preferred but not required.
