Job description

This is a hybrid position based at our corporate office located in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Management & Treasury Operations

  • Execute daily cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and cash forecasting activities.
  • Support cash movement activities, including intercompany transfers, funding requests, and treasury transactions.
  • Monitor bank account activity and ensure appropriate controls are maintained.
  • Assist with daily treasury reporting and cash visibility initiatives.

Banking & Account Management

  • Support management of banking relationships, including account maintenance, documentation, and service requests.
  • Assist with bank account rationalization and consolidation initiatives.
  • Coordinate bank account openings, closings, and changes across business units.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure banking structures align with business needs.

Treasury Transformation & Process Improvement

  • Support strategic treasury initiatives designed to improve enterprise cash visibility and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with implementation and optimization of treasury technology solutions, including Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and reduce manual activities.
  • Create and maintain treasury procedures, documentation, and process flows.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain treasury reporting, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze cash trends, bank fees, liquidity needs, and operational opportunities.
  • Support executive reporting related to cash visibility, banking optimization, and treasury performance.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to support treasury initiatives.
  • Provide treasury expertise during acquisitions, integrations, and operational changes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external banking partners.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related experience.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, banking processes, and treasury operations.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and create reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
  • Experience supporting bank consolidation, cash visibility, or treasury transformation initiatives.
  • Healthcare, multi-location, or complex corporate environment experience.
  • Experience with Power BI, automation tools, or data visualization.
