The Cashier, Stockperson, Greeter and Warehouse Associate positions are dynamic and versatile roles designed to provide essential support across various departments within the store. There are various positions and the opportunity to fill in and assist in different roles depending on the needs of the business. We refer to the different positions as a โ€˜Floater.โ€ The Floater position requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly integrate into different roles and work with different teams. The Floater acts as a critical resource to fill gaps during peak periods, staff absences, or special projects, thereby maintaining productivity and service quality. Ultimately, this position plays a key role in enhancing organizational flexibility and responsiveness through cross-functional support.
