Job description

Summary Coordinate the transportation, set up, take down, return of Falcon Marching Band equipment and supplies at all scheduled marching band home football games and events. Career Readiness Competencies Seek feedback from supervisors and apply it to improve performance. Ask questions to gain clarity on job expectations and responsibilities.

Break down tasks into steps to complete work more efficiently. Essential Functions Coordinate the transportation of marching band equipment and supplies Schedule event set up, take down, and return of band equipment and supplies Facilitate the pick-up and drop-off of rental truck and equipment Coordinate activities with Band Office Manager and Marching Band Director Minimum Qualifications Event management experience preferred Must possess valid drivers license and be able to be insurable through BGSU Limited heavy lifting with reasonable accommodation Additional Information Total pay for this position is $2500. This position will be paid a preset amount every two weeks.

Due to the needs of the Falcon Marching Band, hours will vary greatly both day to day and week to week. Pay will be evenly distributed every two weeks over the course of the job period, and hours will not exceed a weekly average of 10 hours.
