International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB)  is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.  Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.  We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an Business Development Associate – VNM.

Principal Accountabilities

Impact on the Business/Function

• Acquire new-to-bank customers via: Bank-led deployments (e.g., activations/roadshows), Customer referrals, Self-sourced prospecting

• Cross Sell Credit Cards, Personal Loans to existing and New to Bank customers
• Identify opportunities for Mortgages
• Migrate customers to use Digital solutions.

• Engage customers confidently, understand their needs, and convert opportunities using needs-based selling.
• Explain HSBC product features and benefits clearly and recommend suitable solutions.
• Support customers with account opening, coordinating with relevant departments to complete required steps.
• Manage post-application activities with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and customer experience.
• Deliver assigned KPIs and maximise revenue contribution.
• Build positive, professional relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Maintain HSBC control standards and follow Group Compliance Policy to minimize operational risk by:

• Follow internal control standards, Audit requirements, Group requirements, and other internal guidelines.
• Ensure strict compliance with government banking regulations.
• Stay alert to operational risks across people/process/systems/external events (e.g., fraud, unauthorised activities, errors/omissions, inefficiencies, system failures).
• Escalate concerns to the line manager to assess impact, likelihood, and vulnerabilities.

• Minimum diploma holder and prefer 1–3 year experience ideally in sales/customer acquisition within banking or channel sales.
• Strong interest in sales and customer acquisition; proactive, target-driven, resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage details and follow workflow/process steps accurately and efficiently.
• Able to work independently, multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills; able to identify financial needs and refer appropriately.
• Competent in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent Vietnamese; English/Mandarin is an advantage

• Cung cấp dịch vụ xuất sắc và hiệu quả bán hàng vượt trội thông qua việc xác định và đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng IWPB, nhằm đạt và vat các chỉ tiêu kinh doanh bằng cách mang lại kết quả bán hàng cho các sản phẩm chính và hoạt động bán chéo.
• Chủ động tìm kiếm, tiếp cận khách hàng mới và tham gia các hoạt động khai thác thị trường, giới thiệu, và nguồn tự xây dựng.
• Bán các sản phẩm thẻ tín dụng, cho vay cá nhân cho khách hàng hiện hữu và khách hàng mới.
• Tìm kiếm cơ hội giới thiệu sản phẩm cho vay thế chấp.
• Giới thiệu khách hàng sử dụng các giải pháp số.
• Xác định và tối đa hóa cơ hội bán hàng thông qua các chương trình gắn kết với khách hàng và tư vấn bán hàng dựa trên nhu cầu.
• Cung cấp thông tin rõ ràng về các tính năng và lợi ích của sản phẩm HSBC, xử lý các vấn đề mở tài khoản của khách hàng và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan khác để hoàn tất thủ tục mở tài khoản.
• Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ sau bán hàng với các bên nội bộ liên quan để đảm bảo cung cấp dịch vụ bán hàn và dịch vụ khách hàng.
• Đạt được các KPI được giao để tối đa hóa doanh thu.
• Xây dựng mối quan hệ tích cực và lâu dài với nhiều khách hàng, các bên liên quan và đồng nghiệp.
• Tuân thủ và đảm bảo nhận thức về các yêu cầu Kiểm toán và Tập đoàn cũng như các hướng dẫn nội bộ khác. 
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định ngân hàng của chính phủ.
• Luôn cảnh giác và xác định các rủi ro hoạt động dựa trên con người, quy trình, hệ thống và các yếu tố bên ngoài phát sinh từ gian lận, hoạt động trái phép, sai sót, thiếu sót, kém hiệu quả, lỗi hệ thống và các sự kiện bên ngoài.
• Báo cáo cho quản lý trực tiếp để đánh giá tác động và khả năng xảy ra rủi ro và điểm yếu.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên, ưu tiên có 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực bán hàng/tìm kiếm khách hàng trong kênh ngân hàng hoặc các kênh có liên quan.
• Có đam mê và có tu duy chủ động, bền bỉ trong lĩnh vực bán hàng và tìm kiếm khách hàng.
• Khả năng xử lý chi tiết và quy trình làm việc hiệu quả.
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, đa nhiệm, làm việc dưới áp lực và đáp ứng thời hạn.
• Hướng đến khách hàng, kỹ năng ngôn ngữ tốt và tư duy phục vụ khách hàng chuyên nghiệp, khả năng nắm bắt nhu cầu tài chính của khách hàng và giới thiệu đến các dịch vụ phù hợp.
• Thành thạo Microsoft Office.
• Thông thạo tiếng Việt. Có khả năng song ngữ (tiếng Anh/tiếng Trung) là một lợi thế.
