Arthur Murray Dance Center of Temple is looking for a passionate and energetic Ballroom Dance Instructor to join our team in Temple, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to turn your love of coaching, active movement, customer service, social interaction, and/or dance into a rewarding career while transforming students' lives one step at a time. Whether you're a seasoned dancer, a natural teacher, or looking to try something new, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Teach private and group ballroom dance lessons to students of all ages, primarily adults, and skill levels
  • Instruct a variety of dance styles including Two-Step, Waltz, Swing, Salsa, and more
  • Develop personalized lesson plans to help students meet their individual dance goals
  • Track student progress and provide constructive, encouraging feedback
  • Participate in studio showcases, social dances, and special events
  • Build strong relationships with students to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive, high-energy studio environment that motivates students
Requirements:
  • Prior dance experience preferred, but not necessary
