Evenings Required | Training Now / Summer | Full Load in Fall

Red Door Dance Academy is growing, and we are hiring passionate, professional Dance Instructors to join our team.

We are seeking well-rounded teachers who love working with children, can teach across multiple age groups and levels, and believe in the power of dance to build confident, capable young people.

This position is ideal for experienced instructors who are excited to teach both recreational and a range of more advanced level dancers in a structured, supportive, excellence-driven environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Teach a variety of dance styles (Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acro, and more)
  • Work with students ranging from young beginners to advanced dancers
  • Create positive, engaging, and organized class environments
  • Follow studio curriculum, systems, and teaching standards
  • Collaborate with a strong, supportive teaching team
  • Communicate professionally with staff and families
  • Participate in training, rehearsals, and studio events


Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for teachers who are:

Schedule & Commitment

  • Part-time to full-time (10–20 hours/week)
  • Evening and some weekend availability required
  • Training begins now or this summer
  • Full class schedule begins in the fall
