Job description

Sentry ND is looking for hardworking, dependable, and motivated Tin & Insulation Laborers to join our growing team! As a Tin & Insulation Laborer, you'll work alongside experienced crews installing insulation, sheet metal (tin), and building structures throughout the Bakken oilfield. Whether you're looking to expand your construction skills or already have industry experience, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career. What You'll Do
  • Assist with installing industrial insulation on buildings, piping, tanks, and equipment
  • Install sheet metal (tin) cladding and building panels
  • Assist with framing and erecting wood and metal buildings
  • Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
  • Follow project plans and directions from the Foreman
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Work as part of a team to complete projects on time

What We're Looking For
  • Construction, insulation, sheet metal, or framing experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
  • Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work safely and follow company policies
  • Oilfield experience is a plus, but not required
