As a Bakery Associate, you will play a vital role in our production, mixing, baking, or packaging departments — helping to shape, prepare, and finish our products with care and precision. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor bakery equipment in accordance with product specifications and production schedules.
  • Monitor product quality throughout each stage of production to adhere to company standards.
  • Retrieve and prepare items needed for production line use, such as pans, bags, and boxes.
  • Ensure racks and products are properly labeled throughout the production and packaging process to ensure proper tracking and identification.
  • Assist with organizing and loading product racks into proofing, baking, or cooling areas for efficient workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including performing daily sanitation duties and routine cleaning of equipment.
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, and personal safety regulations at all times.
  • Communicate any equipment issues, product inconsistencies, or safety concerns to the shift lead or supervisor promptly.

Job Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a commercial bakery, food production, or manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.

  • Experience with machine operation is an advantage.
  • Proven record of reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand on concrete and maintain mobility for up to ten hours or more at a time.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
