Specific Accountabilities:

· Ensure products are prepared to specifications and meet quality standards including proper bake, no damage, properly packaged and properly labeled.

· Mix, bake, fry, fill, and decorate a variety of specialty bakery and pastry items

· Wrap, package, label and merchandise product

· Stage product appropriately for shipment to stores and to ensure safe arrival conditions at stores

· Load and unload ovens, cool and de-pan product

· Complete and track shipments by entering quantities shipped into computer system

· Verifies accuracy of product to invoice for each store

· Prepare special orders to ensure guest specifications are met

· Identify daily production needs

· Assist bakers

· Clean and sanitize department including equipment, work areas, containers and utensils

· Follow safe food handling and personal hygiene

· Follow safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout of equipment (adult associates only)

· Receive, rotate and store department deliveries

· Record all waste to ensure accurate shrink information

· Demonstrate behaviors that will win guests for life.

· Demonstrate personal accountability for meeting expectations, goals, and quality of work.

· Communicate clearly and in a timely manner and use constructive feedback to make improvements.

· Work together as one team by recognizing accomplishments, demonstrating respect and appreciation, and actively helping others.

· Execute with operational integrity by anticipating problems, taking preventative measures, and adapting to changes that improve our operations or guest experience.

· Consistently follow Busch’s policies and procedures.

Education, Experience and Skills:

· High school diploma

· Current certification in food safety desired

· Proficient culinary skills, including the ability to follow recipes, work with knives, create appealing product and determine product quality
