We are looking for an experienced Server who is passionate about hospitality and serving our guests! If you have a truly sales-oriented personality, a bright and positive attitude, then we are looking for you to join our team! The Ideal candidates will have strong, food and beverage knowledge and can work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment. 
Responsibilities: 
·       Provide exceptional hospitality with a friendly and engaging demeanor for every guest who walks through our doors.
·       Greet guests promptly and professionally, take accurate orders, and use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience.
·       Act as a Brand Ambassador by sharing information about Carmine’s and Virgil’s locations and encouraging guests to return for special events and catering opportunities.
·       Continuously deliver high levels of customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
·       Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are accurate and timely.
·       Expedite and deliver food orders quickly and correctly—Servers may also be scheduled for food runner shifts.
·       Serve food and beverages promptly once the full order is ready, adhering to established service timelines.
·       Complete all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of each shift.
·       Work as part of a cohesive front-of-house and kitchen team to ensure every guest enjoys the best possible dining experience.
·       Other duties as assigned by Manager.  
Requirements: 
·       With Server experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant environment.
·       Who are professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality. 
·       Who are experienced in service, exhibit salesmanship, enjoy a fast-paced team environment, and thrive on creating exceptional guest experiences.
·       With Knowledge of fine wine & spirits.
·       Who are fluent in English.
·       With open flexibility to work various shifts.
