Please note this position supports our Weekend Day Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3:00AM to 3:00PM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 10% pay premium.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Fabricates and/or modifies complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies by following specific instructions. Familiar with substrate attach (duroid/ceramic), MMICs, soldering skills and eutectic die attach.
Should be familiar with substrate attach (duroid and ceramic), MMICs, and eutectic die attach. Sheet epoxies are our main application so they should also be familiar with duroid and ceramic applications. Prefer to be familiar with lamination presses, bladder bag ovens, Solder Reflow Ovens, and sheet epoxies (mainly with the focus of attaching substrates to modules/housings). Also prefer experience working with adhesives and epoxy's.

Required Skills and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED. 2 years of work experience or equivalent experience required in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED.

  • Experience with Microwave subassemblies and knowledge of MIL STD-883.
