As our Account Assistant, you'll help create an office where employees, clients and guests feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. From keeping the kitchen stocked and meeting spaces ready to supporting our client teams with day-to-day administrative needs, you'll play an important role in making every day run seamlessly.

What You'll Do

  • Keep things organized: Prepare documents, maintain spreadsheets and help keep projects and materials moving.
  • Coordinate the details: Help organize meetings, client visits, team lunches and other events so everything runs smoothly.
  • Build community: Support employee activities and culture-building events that make Bader Rutter a great place to work.
  • Pitch in wherever needed: Work alongside the administrative team to keep our office operating at its best.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Administrative, hospitality, customer service or office experience is helpful, but we're open to candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Location: Open to candidates based in Milwaukee.
Salary Range: $42,000-48,000 annually
The provided salary range is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this hire. The actual salary offered will be influenced by candidate experience and other job and market-related factors.
