Essential Duties
- Handles the following plumbing repairs: stoppages/cabling, pumping and backflow testing/repair/replacement, fixture install/replacement and general troubleshooting or repair, domestic water/sewer or storm water leak/repair, fixture rough in, pump replacement/repair, leak locating/line tracing, hydro jetting and camera.
- Responsible for water heater maintenance/troubleshooting/replacement and boiler maintenance, boiler pumps and circulating, boiler controller, troubleshooting and system installation.
- Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring/testing equipment.
- Completes quoted projects with high quality while maintaining profitability. Develops long-term relationships
with customers and explains work performed to the customer's satisfaction. - Performs sub-contractor management on quoted projects including coordination and scheduling of
vendors. Provides guidance to sub-contractors as needed and performs QA-QC tasks. - Participates in after-hours quoted projects (as needed) per customer requirements.
- Safely operates motor vehicles and trailers as evidenced by past driving performance record. Meets
requirements of fleet safety and driving policy and adheres to all company safety requirements. - Purchases parts, materials, and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on service vehicle.
- Able to work effectively with app based software
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience as a Service Plumbing Technician
- Journeyman/Master Plumber Licensed Holder with the State of Texas require.
- Required plumbing repair skills:
- Stoppages/cabling, pumping and backflow testing/repair/replacement
- Fixture install/replacement
- General troubleshooting and repair
- Domestic water/sewer or storm water leak/repair, fixture rough-in
