Familiarity with version control systems (like Git), RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is often expected. Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and effective communication set standout interns apart. These skills and qualities are crucial for building reliable backend systems, collaborating across teams, and adapting to real-world engineering challenges.
