The individual should be capable of leading technical implementation efforts, mentoring development teams, driving architectural discussions, and confidently engaging with clients and business stakeholders to deliver business-critical enterprise solutions.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$73,150 to $174,000Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
