Mobile Developer with Azure MBaaS

Mobile Developer with Azure MBaaS

Mobile Application Developer is a mid-career software developer that has been engaged in mobile software development on at least 1 completed project as a primary mobile developer.

A strong background in Microsoft .NET technologies and exposure to native Apple Development is also required.

Ability to succeed in a fast environment, with limited monitoring is a key attribute to this being successful in this role.

Responsible for the ongoing development and support efforts our mobile applications backend services.

The SDII should have expert skills in; C# .Net, database design, API design, experience with IaaS, PaaS, and MBaaS.

The SDII will primarily design and code solutions for our mobile environment.

Duties include:

Working as part of a sprint team to build solutions

Lead programmer on the backend development team

Design solutions using MS Azure MBaaS (Mobile Backend as a Service)

Create automated test case

Develop C# code

Help manage the backend environment

Performance and availability monitoring automated testing

SD II should have some of the following expertise:

Net C# application development experience

Experience developing mobile applications (2 yrs)

Database design (MS SQL, MySQL and DocumentDB)

Demonstrated previous experience with: Jira, GitHub, Jenkins for application builds

IaaS (2 years creating dev, test, stage and production services for applications)

PaaS (1 year creating application components in PaaS)

Consider the following:

MBaaS (Experience using MBaaS)

MS Azure experience

Certified PMP or Scrum master

UI design exp

Akamai experience

Dynatrace experience

Rackspace PaaS experience

Azure web site development experience
