- Serve as liaison and subject matter expert for Reverse Logistics-related processes across warehouse network
- Manage and maintain operational tools and systems, including updating backend configurations, questionnaires, and workflows to improve associate efficiency

- Analyze recovery value, product disposition decisions, and process outcomes to balance financial impact with brand standards and operational efficiency

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate processes, interpret data, and drive measurable process improvements with financial impact.
- Experience building or improving tools, systems, or workflows-preferably with demonstrated math/science-based process optimization.

- Background in supply chain, operations, industrial/operations engineering, manufacturing, or related technical disciplines (Purdue supply chain/operations programs noted as strong pipeline).
- Demonstrated ability to walk into ambiguous or developing environments and "build" processes rather than operate within fully mature systems.
- Comfort balancing operational execution with strategic thinking-particularly in reverse logistics, recovery value analysis, and liquidation networks.
- Strong partnership and communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and manage nuances across facilities and external partners.
