Clarity Eyecare is looking for an experienced Assistant Office Manager to join our growing team. We are a high-end optometry practice focused on delivering exceptional eye care and premium eyewear in a personalized, patient-centered environment. We value quality over quantity and are looking for someone who shares that mindset.

This position is ideal for a motivated leader who is detail-oriented, organized, professional, and passionate about both patient care and team development.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day office operations and workflow management

Help lead, train, and support staff to maintain a positive and efficient workplace culture

Manage backend administrative responsibilities including scheduling, reports, inventory oversight, and office coordination

Ensure exceptional patient experiences from check-in to eyewear delivery

Support communication between providers, optical staff, and front office team

Help maintain high standards in both patient care and presentation

Qualifications

Previous optometry or ophthalmology office experience required

Previous managerial or leadership experience required

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Professional communication and customer service skills

Experience with optical sales, insurance, frame/lens knowledge, and lens edging preferred

Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

Edging experience preferred
