Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React and Python to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have some leadership experience and be comfortable working across the entire stack while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React, JavaScript
• Develop reusable components and frontend libraries
• Manage application state using tools
• Integrate frontend components
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Design and develop backend services using Python frameworks
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend business logic
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Optimize backend performance and ensure scalability
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Maintain documentation and technical specifications
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4-5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one Python web framework
