Job Summary:
Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software. They are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to take ownership of different parts of their stack, work alongside the CTO, and contribute to product and technology decisions while fostering company culture and processes.

• You use Generative AI tools on a daily basis to enhance the quality and efficacy of your software and non-software deliverables.

• Expertise in Python, Terraform, and GCP
• Experience with Backend Frameworks and Technologies - Node.js, NuxtJS, Express.js or Python
• Experience with Cloud Platforms - Google Cloud, AWS, Azure or Vercel
• Experience with Programming languages - Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++, Go
• Experience with RPCs - REST, gRPC or GraphQL
• Experience with Databases - SQL, NoSQL, Postgres, MongoDB, or Firebase
• Experience with CI / CD - Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab or similar
• Experience with Source code versioning tools such as Git or Perforce
• Experience with Microservices architecture
Preferred:
• Familiarity with AI Platforms - OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Vertex AI, Bedrock, or SageMaker
• Extensive experience with building enterprise-scale applications with >99% SLAs
• Extensive Experience in Python, Terraform, and GCP
