Overview:
Language Services Associates is looking for American Sign Language interpreters in the Oshkosh, WI area. As a member of LSA's network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you will be responsible for facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a variety of settings. LSA is continuously accepting qualified interpreters for a wide range of interpreting assignments!
Responsibilities:
β€’ Provide superior customer service
β€’ Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
β€’ Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices
β€’ Adhere to clearance requirements as requested by clients
β€’ Report on site to any accepted assignments in a timely manner
β€’ Access to personal or public transport
Qualifications/Experience:
β€’ Associate or bachelor's degree
β€’ RID certification
β€’ State interpreting licensure (as applicable)
β€’ Fluency in English and American Sign Language
