Job description

Responsible and accountable for management of the clinical activities of the assigned department so that optimal services are provided within the Medical Center setting and the community. The Exercise Physiologist performs fitness assessments, and develops individual exercise prescriptions for members/clients. Supervises member/client exercise programs and manages selection, calibration and use of exercise equipment. Leads exercise programs and participates in special programs.
EDUCATION:
Master's or Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or other related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience preferred but not required.
SKILLS:
Knowledge of current practices in cardiac rehabilitation or wellness/fitness area.
