Job description

Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "RA 3/Sr RA (Stability Testing)" based out of Tucson, AZ.


Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $34/hr - $38/hr on W2

Support research, development, and laboratory activities for diagnostic and scientific projects through experimental design, bench execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute experimental plans to support project objectives.
  • Conduct laboratory bench experiments, make observations, analyze data, and interpret results.
  • Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
  • Develop and optimize laboratory methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
  • Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes and workflows.
  • Participate in or lead cross-functional technical teams, including investigations and project teams.
  • Present experimental procedures, findings, and project updates to teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to problem solving, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
  • 4+ years of post-college industry laboratory experience required.
  • Experience supporting stability studies, assay development, or diagnostic/biotech laboratory environments preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH) is ideal.
  • Strong experimental design, troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
