The LabVantage LIMS Support Engineer will provide technical support, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities for the LabVantage LIMS system.
Responsibilities:
• Provide L1/L2 support for LIMS issues.
• Troubleshoot SQL, Java, Groovy, and configuration issues.
• Configure master data, workflows, templates.
• Support integrations and validation activities.
• Assist in upgrades, patches, and release management.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s in IT, Pharma, Chemistry, Biotech
• 4–7 years of LabVantage LIMS experience
• Knowledge of lab workflows: QC, QA, Stability
• Skills in SQL, Java/Groovy, API/Web Services, Bartender, Talend
• Hands on experience in Labvantage LIMS configuration and enhancements
Preferred:
• LabVantage certification
