Finance Manager – High-Performance Opportunity | Melloy Ford Los Lunas
If you’re a top-performing Finance Manager who knows how to drive production, maximize every deal, and consistently deliver strong PVR, Melloy Ford Los Lunas is built for you.
This is not an entry-level role and not a “learn as you go” position. We are looking for a proven producer who can step in, take ownership of the box, and perform at a high level from day one.
What You’ll Own:
- Full control of the finance process from turnover to funding
- Structuring deals to maximize gross while maintaining compliance
- Presenting and closing F&I products with confidence and consistency
- Building and leveraging lender relationships to get deals bought
- Driving PVR, product penetration, and overall store profitability
Customer Experience Matters:
