Job description

Job Title: B2B Sales Agent (Nutraceutical, Supplements and other Natural Products)

Location: Greater Boston Area

Company: Phase Four Services, LLC

Compensation: Commission base

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Agent to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You will play a crucial role in representing our brand and promoting our offerings to prospective clients. While an outward facing role, candidate must work with internal departments to ensure alignment of company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management
    • Develop relationships with potential clients through direct outreach, networking, and community involvement
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand nutraceuticals, supplements and other natural product testing protocols, regulations, analytical testing equipment, advances in the industry, and provide guidance.
  • Work with other internal teams to maintain relationships and help target and acquire new clients
  • Communicate with clients regarding questions and complaints in a timely and proficient manner
  • Work with Business Development and Marketing teams.
  • Conduct industry research to anticipate potential clients
  • Travel will be required to develop and maintain client base

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients, functional foods, dietary supplements, and their applications is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets (2+ years preferred).
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
