Job description

Duties
Business Analysis & Documentation
  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows.
  • Document current-state and future-state workflows.
  • Create, standardize, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
  • Support strategic initiatives by translating high-level goals into actionable documentation and processes.
Data Analysis & SQL Development
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel or Tableau.
  • Translate analytical findings into business insights and requirements.
  • Document analytical approaches, assumptions, data sources, logic, and analytical methodologies.
  • Support both technical and non-technical stakeholders in understanding data outputs.
  • Align business needs with data solutions and reporting capabilities.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Experience (15+ Years)
Requirements
  • This is an 100% Onsite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements and processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy programs, Medicaid, Long-Term Care (LTC), or EVV environments.
  • Experience developing SOPs and operational documentation.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data modeling, or ETL processes.
  • Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or data analytics certifications).
