The benefits of applying to work with us

Look forward to an exciting and challenging mix of responsibilities while playing an active role in shaping a wide range of projects and initiatives. We offer you the opportunity to work independently and grow through diverse challenges. You can also expect a seamless career transition from physical hangar operations to a strategic, high-impact technical office role.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensure the continuing airworthiness of the fleet in accordance with EASA Part-CAMO requirements

  • Manage and optimize Aircraft Maintenance Programs and maintenance planning activities

  • Evaluate and implement airworthiness requirements, including Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and engineering changes (STC, MiC)

  • Maintain aircraft configuration control and the integrity of technical records

  • Act as the technical focal point between CAMO, maintenance organizations, flight operations, and aviation authorities

  • Support compliance, audits, and continuous improvement while providing technical guidance on complex maintenance matters

What sets you apart

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or a related technical discipline, or a valid EASA Part-66 B1.3 and/or B2 license with relevant professional experience

  • Several years of experience in Continuing Airworthiness (Part-CAMO) and/or Part-145 helicopter maintenance, with a solid understanding of EASA regulations

  • Strong technical knowledge of helicopter systems; experience with Airbus Helicopters (H135, H145, AS350) is preferred, while experience with Bell 206/407 or AW109 aircraft is considered an asset

  • Experience in managing Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMP), Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), Modifications (ICA`s of STC, MiC), and aircraft configuration and airworthiness management

  • Proficiency in LTB400 or a comparable aviation maintenance management system, with confidence in working with technical documentation and records

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
