Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B)Position Summary

Superior Mobile Health is seeking motivated, compassionate Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT-Bs) to join our growing EMS team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality prehospital care while supporting both emergent and non-emergent interfacility transports (IFTs) throughout South Texas.

Schedule Options

We offer a variety of schedules to fit your lifestyle, including:

  • 24/72 schedules
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 13.5-hour shifts
  • Day shifts
  • Night shifts
  • School-friendly schedules (Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday)
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedules

What You'll Do
  • Provide basic emergency medical care within the EMT scope of practice.
  • Respond to emergent and non-emergent interfacility transports across South Texas.
  • Safely operate ambulances in accordance with company policies and emergency vehicle operation standards.
  • Perform patient assessments and communicate findings to receiving providers and team members.
  • Assist paramedics and healthcare professionals during patient care and transport.
  • Safely lift, move, immobilize, and transport patients.
  • Complete accurate electronic patient care reports (ePCR) in a timely manner.
  • Clean, disinfect, restock, and prepare ambulances and equipment after each transport.
  • Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  • Follow all EMS protocols, clinical guidelines, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development.

  • Non-emergent interfacility transports
  • Skilled nursing facility (SNF) emergency transports
  • Hospital discharges and facility transfers
  • Critical care transports (assist role, as applicable)
