Automotive B Technician – Ford Dealership

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Automotive B Technician to join our busy Ford dealership service team.

The ideal candidate has solid automotive repair experience, can diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently, and wants to continue growing in a professional dealership environment. Ford experience is a plus, but not required for the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs on customer vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, drivability, HVAC, and general repair concerns
  • Complete multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs
  • Work closely with service advisors and shop management
  • Maintain accurate repair order notes
  • Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures
  • Continue training to grow toward A-level technician status

Qualifications

  • Prior automotive technician experience required
  • Strong mechanical ability
  • Ability to diagnose and complete repairs efficiently
  • Own tools preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
