Job Description
Schedule: Typical dispatch times are between 12 AM and 4 AM
The Role: You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Portland Metro area.
Essential Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
  • Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
  • Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
  • Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
  • Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
  • Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment
  • Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate
  • All other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Be 23 yrs. or older due to insurance requirements.
  • 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred.
  • Valid Class B CDL and medical card Interstate qualification, registered.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift.
  • Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English Satisfactory driving record.
