Job description

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security General Associate Manager Corporate Security Operations. Learn more about career areas and business divisions at www.wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance Corporate Security
  • Identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customers
  • Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security management
  • Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with Vendors, Colleagues and managers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security
  • Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Corporate Security experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ year of Leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Must currently possess or able to obtain Virginia DCJS (Dept Criminal Justice Services) License
  • Strong leadership experience in a security or similar setting
  • Ability to identify and assess issues then make sound decisions
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Flexibility to address incidents as needed 24 hours a day

Schedule: M-F with availability for an 8hr shift between the hours of 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
