Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking an Azure Architect/Data Engineer for a contract position in Stamford, CT. The role involves designing and developing data ingestion processes using Azure technologies and collaborating with stakeholders to implement data strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Should have strong experience in handling Azure data lake projects
• Responsible for understanding and build ingestion to ADLA and enable BI layer for Analytics
• Design and Development of Data Ingestion using ADF & Spark Jobs and processing layer using Data bricks
• Work with the SME's to implement data strategies, build data flows
• Hands-on development. Design and develop applications using Azure ADF & Data bricks
• In-depth understanding of Azure cloud and Data lake and Analytics solutions on Azure
• Very good understanding of Data Modeling and define conceptual, logical and physical data models
• Responsible for coordinating with Business Analyst and other stakeholders to gather requirements
• Work under the guidance of Newell SME
• Mentoring and providing technical support for Offshore team
• Good Exposure in Azure and prior experience in Data Warehousing
• Work Closely with PowerBI Consultant
• Perform Unit testing
• Should be responsible for delivering quality deliverables
