  • Drive architecture decisions including microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native patterns

  • Design and implement integration layers between .NET systems and Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event streaming)

  • Write and review technical specifications, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards

  • Conduct advanced code reviews and enforce best practices (SOLID, clean architecture, testability)

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, architects, and product owners

  • Provide production support and lead root cause analysis for complex issues across distributed systems

  • Participate in the full SDLC with strong emphasis on design, quality, and delivery

Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of software engineering experience with strong focus on C# and .NET (Core preferred)

  • Proven experience leading small engineering teams or pods

  • Deep expertise in object-oriented design, design patterns, and distributed systems architecture

  • Strong experience with RESTful API design, service orchestration, and integration patterns

  • Solid understanding of database design (SQL Server, NoSQL a plus)

  • Exposure to Apex, Flows, and Lightning components to effectively collaborate with Salesforce engineering teams

  • Experience designing hybrid architectures (.NET services + Salesforce platform) for enterprise workflows
