Job description

Job Title: Senior Network Engineer
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect Network to design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network architecture, routing and switching, SD-WAN, wireless networking, network security, and cloud networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing network architectures.
  • Lead network transformation, modernization, and cloud integration initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership for LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, WLAN, and data center environments.
  • Collaborate with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams on enterprise solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and develop long-term architectural strategies.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of networking experience with 3+ years in an architect role.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco, Arista, or Juniper technologies.
  • Experience with BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and network security.
  • Cloud networking experience with AWS and/or Azure.
  • Network automation experience using Python, Ansible, or Terraform is preferred.

Preferred Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, or equivalent.
