Job description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead full-stack application development with a focus on Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, SQL Server, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
- Design and develop scalable and secure front-end and back-end solutions.
- Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and database integrations.
- Optimize SQL Server databases (data modeling, migration, tuning).
- Establish and enforce software engineering standards, architecture, security, and clean code practices.
- Lead implementation of automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end).
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Design and configure Microsoft Azure solutions (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Application Insights, Azure Monitor).
- Implement observability, logging, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting to improve reliability and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Influence and drive best practices and architectural decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, UX/UI, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
