Job description

As one of Microsoft's most recognized global partners, Quisitive sits at the forefront of cloud transformation, enterprise data strategy, cybersecurity, and the emerging frontier of agentic AI. Here, consultants and technologists operate on the edge of innovation-supported by a culture that values craftsmanship, open collaboration, and technical expertise. If you're looking for a place where you can innovate, solve complex problems, and build solutions that make a measurable impact, join us.

Join Quisitive's growing Azure Management Solutions team and help customers design, implement, and operate cloud solutions built for scalability, compliance, reliability, and performance. In this role, you will serve as an Enterprise Architect and Cloud Operations Lead, guiding clients on security, cost optimization, operational excellence, and modernization.

This is a remote position; Texas candidates preferred but open to all continental US.

What you will do

  • Lead customer architecture efforts and work closely with Quisitive's Azure Management Services operations team and client support teams to achieve defined objectives and service metrics.
  • Define architecture and operational roadmaps, including disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
  • Build a deep understanding of each customer's Azure environment, cloud adoption position, and use of compute, storage, databases, networking, and modern workloads.
  • Architect solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, and create or review architecture and solution design artifacts.
  • Drive complex, high-visibility initiatives with critical dependencies across technical and business teams.
  • Guide modernization, architecture, disaster recovery, and business transformation activities.
  • Identify, communicate, and help mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assess on-premises and cloud infrastructure, document current operating costs, and recommend practical improvements to customer technical and business stakeholders.
  • Support day-to-day operations while contributing to larger strategic initiatives.

How you will lead

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor who can connect architecture decisions to customer priorities and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate across customer, operations, support, and delivery teams to keep work aligned and moving forward.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to peers and less-experienced consultants.
  • Help develop and refine standard operating procedures that improve client support processes and the overall customer experience.
  • Use tools and specialized solutions thoughtfully to solve customer challenges.

  • Security and compliance
  • Broad knowledge of core Azure concepts and services

Preferred Experience

  • Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager templates, or Azure custom policies
  • Azure DevOps
  • ITIL practices and IT service management toolsets
