About the roleCOUNTRY Financial is seeking an experienced Integration Developer to help expand our enterprise integration capabilities using Azure Integration Services, specifically Azure Logic Apps, Functions/Durable Functions, Service Bus, Event Hubs/Grid, Fabric, and Azure API Management.
This role will work alongside an established integration team currently leveraging Informatica CDI-PC/ IDMC, MuleSoft, and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), and will play a key role in:
Developing application centric, API led integrations on Azure
Supporting our public cloud migration and modernization initiatives
Establishing patterns, standards, and best practices for Azure native integrations
This is a hands on developer role with strong influence on future integration architecture and will work in collaboration with our Engineering CoE team.
Azure Integration Development
Design, develop, and support integrations using Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps (Consumption and Standard)
Build, publish, and manage APIs using Azure API Management (policies, products, versioning, security)
Implement synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns using HTTP, REST, messaging, and event driven approaches
Develop integration solutions aligned with application centric and API led architecture principles.
Enterprise Integration & Collaboration
Collaborates with BAW, Informatica and MuleSoft developers to implement hybrid integration solutions
Translate existing BAW, MuleSoft or Informatica patterns into Azure native equivalents where appropriate
Partner with Integration CoE, Enterprise Architecture and Security to ensure compliance with integration standards and policies
Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and platform evaluations
Operational Excellence
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for integrations
Support CI/CD pipelines (Git based) for integration assets
Experience with Bicep IaC
Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects and performance issues
Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics and Dynatrace

Required Qualifications

  • Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration or middleware development
  • 3+ years of hands on experience with Azure Integration Services, including:

o Azure Functions (HTTP-triggered, Service Bus-triggered)
o Familiarity with Durable Functions for stateful orchestration
o Azure Logic Apps
o Azure API Management

  • Strong experience building RESTful APIs and service based integrations
  • Working knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth2, managed identities, certificates)
  • Working knowledge of Azure secure best practices: Private Endpoints, Service Endpoints
  • Experience with JSON, XML, and data transformation concepts
  • Familiarity with event and messaging platforms (Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub)
  • Experience working in medium to large enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience modernizing or migrating integrations to Azure native platforms
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)
  • Experience supporting insurance or financial services environments
  • Familiarity with secure coding standards (OWASP, NIST, CIS)

Base Pay Range:

$113,200-$155,650

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
