Job Title: Senior Azure AIS Developer

Location: Fort Washington, PA (3 days in Office, 2 days WFH)

No third-party arrangements; direct employment only

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Azure AIS Developer with strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and reliable cloud integration solutions across applications, APIs, messaging platforms, and data flows.

Must-Have Skills
  • Senior-level hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (AIS).
  • Strong experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, and Event Grid/Event Hub.
  • Strong experience developing, consuming, and integrating REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Solid knowledge of JSON, XML, SQL, data transformation, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with enterprise application integration, including cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise integrations.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment processes.
  • Strong understanding of Azure security best practices, including authentication, authorization, Key Vault, managed identities, and secure API access.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, monitor, and support production integration solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with business, technical, and client-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
  • Build and maintain workflows using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
  • Develop, expose, secure, and manage APIs using Azure API Management.
  • Implement messaging and event-driven solutions using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, or Event Hub.
  • Integrate cloud and on-premise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, and secure data exchange methods.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
  • Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, and production support activities.
  • Participate in code reviews, deployment planning, CI/CD processes, and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in Azure integration development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, and Event Grid/Event Hub.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP, SQL, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment automation.
  • Good understanding of cloud security, monitoring, logging, error handling, and operational support.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Bicep, ARM templates, Terraform, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Knowledge of .NET/C#, PowerShell, or Python is preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise integration projects.
