Technical/Functional Skills:
• Routing (Cisco OSPF, BGP, iWAN), Switching (Cisco Nexus, and Stack switches), Wireless (Cisco WLC), Firewall (Cisco ASA/FP, Checkpoint & Palo Alto, VPN, Zscaler), SD WAN, Cisco ACI, Prime, ISE, DNAC, Azure Networking.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Designing and providing WAN/LAN network administration, enterprise wireless, cloud administration (AZURE), SD WAN administration and Cisco/Palo Alto firewall administration.
• Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.
• Initiate improvements in tools (SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, Infoblox) requirements gathering and processes.
• Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
• Demonstrated experience with WAN and backbone network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.) required.
• Experience with next generation firewall technology (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, etc.) desirable.
• Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, GC) networks and/or security desirable.
